The planning for our Care for Kids Charity Drive this year is well underway. For those of you who are new to the Eastern Seaboard, we help poor and abused children get off the streets and give them a chance for a decent education.

This year our Children’s Fair will be held at the Diana Garden Lodge and Driving Range off North Road, Pattaya on Sunday, September 15th and our Pub Night at Shenanigan’s on the following Saturday, September 21st . With the locations for our events now secured, we have been able to start our promotional planning for this year’s charity drive. Meanwhile, we are continuing to solicit corporate sponsors and would like to confirm them as soon as we can, so that we can work on our poster, flier and shirt designs. If you are interested in helping us help the needy children of the region this year, please do not hesitate to contact us.

The Fountain of Life Center for children, under the auspices of the Good Shepherd Foundation, will again be our main beneficiary for 2002. However, we will also be assisting the Eastern Children Welfare Protection Institute (ECWPI) in Huay Pong of Rayong Province and the Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind in Naklua.

The sponsorship levels and benefits will be the same as previous years.
