This September will see the fifth Jesters “Care for Kids” Charity Drive. For those of you who are new to the Eastern Seaboard, these are charities that help to get abused and exploited children off the streets and give them a new start in the community through care and education. The charity that is primarily being supported this year is the “Fountain of Life”. In addition, specific projects for other children charities are also being considered.

Last year was very successful; however, we need your help yet again. As you can imagine, these things are never finished and it would be a catastrophe if all the good work done last year was wasted by lack of effort and money in the years to come.

For the fund raising there are two major events. Firstly, on Sunday, 14 September, there will be a Family Fun Day Fair in the Tropical Gardens of the Diana Garden Resort and Driving Range. Pattaya. This will start at 10.00am and finish at 6.00pm. This is for all the family to join in and spend as much money as possible on all the fun of the fair and a lot more besides. In addition, there is the annual sponsored bike ride for all shapes and sizes that morning.

The second event will be a pub night held at Shenanigans in Pattaya on the following Saturday, 20 September. This will start in the evening and will consist of raffles, auctions, spot prizes, food and lots of fun.

You are invited to procure a stall for the family Fun day event. The stall frame will be provided for you, all you have to do is to fill it with commodities to sell. The stall prices for the day are indicated below. All profits from the stall sales during the day are yours, but we do not discourage additional donations from any profits if offered!!

Miscellaneous Stalls: 1000 Baht Food Stalls: 2000 Baht Schools: Free

Each Stall will include: One 4 X 4 meter Tent Two 1.75 X 0.5 meter Tables Two Chairs One Electrical Outlet Note: Garbage cans will not be provided for each stalll. One large plastic bag will be provided as well as trash collection.

Note: There will be a stallholders’ briefing on Monday, September 8th at Shenanigans at 7 PM.
