Due to your kindness in 2012, we were able to distribute 5,410,768 baht in cash donations, or 97.4% of the net raised by the end of our fiscal year on March 31st 2013.
Below are the needy children charities that you are supporting primarily on the Eastern Seaboard. Note: In the past, we also have reached outside our traditional target area in times of national calamities when children have been adversely affected, like when the tsunami occurred in the south in 2004 and, then again in 2011, when the floods inundated many provinces; we renovated a school in Nakon Pathom.
OUR TARGET CHARITY: (Registered Charity No. Tor 460/2543)
The Fountain of Life Center in Pattaya (3,312,818 baht) is under the Good Shepherd Foundation and provides kids with documentation, education, life orientation, meals, medical/dental care, and ultimately, scholarships for entering govt schools. This past year 59 children received scholarships.
NEXT STEP PROGRAM: provides young adults with scholarships for vocational colleges and universities. Note: Since 2009, there have been 7 graduates to date, including one who completed his masters in law; and all are now gainfully employed.
Seven university students are currently being supported through funds given to the Fountain of Life Center above with 3 of the above poised to graduate this year.
PUBLIC SCHOOLS: (85,000 baht)
1. Phayoon School in Ban Chang (40,000 baht): Provided drinking water system in cooperation with the YWCA.
2. Pothisampan School in Naklua and Khao Mai Keow School (45,000 baht): Provided eyeglasses for students in cooperation with the YWCA.
SPECIAL SCHOOLS: (190,000 baht)
Khao Baisri Special Education for the Disabled in Sattahip: Provided monthly stipend for basic necessities, in addition to a dental program in cooperation with the YWCA, and recently, safety grills for their new dormitory.
SHELTERS AND SPECIAL CASES: (1,683,150 baht)
1. Camillian Home in Lat Krabang (709,000 baht): In a joint venture with the Canadian Jackalope Open, we continue to sponsor the 24/7 care for two severely disabled HIV-infected children, and now a third child with cerebral palsy.
2. Camillian Social Center in Rayong (45,431 baht): Along with the Canadian Jackalope Open organizers, we sponsored 70 kids to go Christmas shopping at Big C and 50 kids for a day trip to Dream World amusement park in Bangkok.
3. Ban Jing Jai Foundation in Nong Prue (360,000 baht): We help cover their monthly food and utilities’ cost for 76 orphans.
4. Kate’s Project in Nong Prue (20,000 baht):. We sponsored annual Christmas party for the low-income families in the area, along with the Pattaya International Ladies Club (PILC).
5. Kharma Foundation (50,000 baht): In a joint project with Ray Matti, we helped build a dormitory, enlarged their mess hall, and provided playground equipment at Baan Mae Gon School in Mae Sariang.
6. Share Love with a Friend Project in Nong Prue (219,400 baht): We provide monthly distributions of rice and milk to poor families with disabled kids along with the Pattaya Street Kids Support Project, as well as wheelchairs and modifications to 3-wheeled motorbikes to facilitate families traveling together and collecting recyclables.
7. Anti-Trafficking and Child Abuse Center, or ATCC, in Nong Prue (165,000 baht): For Khun Ja’s ‘village’ for street kids, we provided funds to build a classroom, along with Pattaya Sports Club, a drinking water system and construction of a girls’ dormitory.
8. Father Ray Foundation in Pattaya (30,000 baht): Supported summer camp kids program at North Star Library, including Rice Aid with Pattaya Entertainment.
9. Ban Chang Hospital Food Drops (67,569 baht): Outreach program to assist families in the vicinity. Besides food, we have supplied school uniforms, bicycles, laundry appliances and back rent for single mothers in conjunction with the PILC.
10. Mercy Center (16,750 baht): provided bicycles for children at Christmas.
DAY CARE CENTERS: (58,080)
1. Hand to Hand Foundation in Pattaya (28,080 baht): We have assisted this center with furnishings, as well as back rent for new single mother and food and toys for kids in prison with their parents in cooperation with the PILC.
2. Kophai Day Care Center for toddlers (30,000 baht): We provided tiling inside and out so children can play on floor that is easily kept clean; in cooperation with the YWCA.
MISCELLANIOUS: (81,720 baht)
Event shirts: 454 event shirts were donated at cost to kids from our various projects.
2011/2012
Due to your generosity in 2011, we were able to distribute 4,685,398 baht in cash donations, or 97.7% of the net raised, by the end of our fiscal year on March 31st 2012.
Below are the needy children charities that you are supporting on the Eastern Seaboard, as well as tsunami orphans in the south and a flood relief project in Nakon Pathom for the renovation of a school:
OUR TARGET CHARITY: (Registered Charity No. Tor 460/2543)
The Fountain of Life Center in Pattaya (2,407,923baht), under the Good Shepherd Foundation, provides kids with documentation, education, activities, meals, medical/dental care, and ultimately, scholarships for entering govt schools. This past year 69 children received scholarships.
The NEXT STEP PROGRAM (52,815 baht) provides scholarships for special cases and young adults for vocational colleges and universities.
1. Tsunami orphans in Krabi (40,815 baht) are continually being provided with scholarships in the south since 2005 through the Sriphong Khaoluan Foundation.
2. 10 university students are being supported through funds given to Fountain of Life Center. Eight are in their 3rd year, one is in his first year and another will graduate this year.
3. Pichit Kaewgomin (12,000 baht) is being provided with scholarship for vocational college in Sattahip.
SCHOOLS: (436,590 baht)
1. Chaknak Primary School in Nong Prue (10,000 baht): Provided special lunch for the kids to assess their needs.
2. Tungklom Primary School in Nong Prue (46,590 baht): Installation of new water filters system and replaced chemicals in primary filters.
3. Pluak Dang School in Rayong (130,000 baht): Supplied 3 water filtering systems and upgraded an existing system.
4. Wat Puttamrangsi School in Nakon Chaisri, Nakon Pathom (250,000 baht): After being flooded for two months, we paid for their repairs and replacement of educational aids.
SPECIAL SCHOOLS: (415,140 baht)
1. Khao Baisri Special Education for the Disabled in Sattahip (205,140 baht): Provided funds to finish construction of new classrooms, as well as a monthly stipend for basic necessities since May, 2011.
2. Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind in Naklua (110,000 baht): We provided for medical supplements and drinking water system.
3. Special Olympics in Pattaya (100,000 baht): Sponsorship for the 4th Special Olympics Thailand Eastern Region Athletics Championship held at School #7 in Pattaya last November. The 250 handicapped athletes competed in field and track events and arena football. .
SHELTERS AND SPECIAL CASES: (1,184,030 baht)
1. Camillian Home in Lat Krabang (600,000 baht): In a joint venture with the Canadian Jackalope Open, we continue to sponsor two disabled HIV-infected children.
2. Camillian Social Center in Rayong (47,000 baht): Along with the Canadian Jackalope Open, we also took 70 kids from this center for Christmas shopping spree and on a trip to Pattaya Park. We also took 50 kids to Dream World amusement park in BKK.
3. Ban Jing Jai Foundation in Nong Prue (360,000 baht): We cover the monthly food and utilities’ cost for 84 orphans.
4. Kate’s Project (15,000 baht): helps the poor in Nong Prue. We sponsored Christmas party for the low-income families in the area.
5. Kharma Foundation (50,000 baht): In a joint project with Ray Matti, we supplied educational materials, agriculture products, sports equipment and clothing for kids at Baan Mae Gon School in Mae Sariang.
6. Share Love with a Friend Project in Nong Prue (112,030 baht): Since June, 2011, we have provided monthly distributions of rice and milk to poor families with disabled kids, as well as wheelchairs and walking aids when needed.
MISCELLANIOUS: (188,900 baht)
1. Shirts (168,900 baht): 563 event shirts were donated at cost to kids from our various projects.
2. Fair Coupon Redemption (20,000 baht): We issue our project kids with coupons so they can participate on all activities for free. In turn, we have to reimburse the private contractors.
2010/2011
Due to your generosity in 2010, as of May 1st 2011, we were able to distribute 6,079,249 baht of the 6,192,421 baht in cash donations, or 98.2% of the net raised to the following needy children charities on the Eastern Seaboard, including tsunami orphans in Krabi. Amounts given to each project are also listed.

The Fountain of Life Center (2,986,069 baht), under the Good Shepherd Foundation, provides kids with documentation, education, activities, meals, medical and dental care, and ultimately, scholarships for entering govt schools. This past year 82 children received scholarships.
THE NEXT STEP PROGRAM (40,000 baht) provides scholarships to young adults for high schools, vocational colleges and universities.
1.Tsunami orphans (40,000 baht) are being provided with scholarships since 2005 via the Sriphong Khaoluan Foundation in Krabi.
2.Ten university students at BA level, including 2 poised to graduate this month are being supported through funds given to Fountain of Life Center.
SCHOOLS: (1,382,500 baht)
1.Ban Amphur Primary School (580,000 baht): First aid station currently under construction.
2.Ban Amphur Primary School (622,000 baht): In a joint project with The Herrod Foundation, we constructed a kindergarten and renovated pre-existing toilets.
3.Nikom 3 School in Rayong Province (54,000 baht): Installation of new water filter system and replace chemicals in primary filters.
4.Nikom 4 School in Rayong Province (60,000 baht): Construction of two ablution centers each with 6 stations fully tiled with and ceramic hand basins.
5.Nikom 7 School in Rayong Province (66,500 baht): Replacement of non-functioning reverse osmosis system with activated chemical system and upgrade existing filters; installation of new water filter system
SPECIAL SCHOOLS: (274,970 baht)
1.Khao Baisri Home for Disabled Boys (84,970 baht): Finishing touches for home/classroom we built last year with The Herrod Foundation, as well as initiated monthly shopping trips for basic necessities.
2.Pattaya Redemptorist School for the Blind (90,000 baht): We provided furnishings and air conditioners for the new office we built last year.
3.Special Olympics (100,000 baht): Sponsorship for the 4th Special Olympics Thailand Eastern Region Athletics Championship held at School #7 in Pattaya last November. The 250 handicapped athletes competed in field and track events and arena football.
SHELTERS: (1,222,051 baht)
1.Camillian Social Center (763,051 baht). In a joint venture with the Canadian Jackalope Open, we continue to sponsor two disabled HIV-infected children. We also took 70 kids Christmas shopping and on a trip to the Sri Racha Tiger Zoo.
2.Ban Jing Jai (394,000 baht) an orphanage in Nong Prue, now with 70 kids. We cover their monthly food and utilities’ cost.
3.Kate’s Project (15,000 baht): helps the poor in Nong Prue. We assisted them by sponsoring Christmas party for the families in the area.
4.Kharma Foundation (50,000 baht): In a joint project with Ray and Khirsly Matti, we supplied educational materials, agriculture products, sports equipment and clothing for kids in Kanchaburi.
SPECIAL CASE: (22,649 baht)
Nong Urn was an 8-year old, suffering from congenital liver problems; we were providing her with clean apartment to help combat her irritable skin syndrome up until August last year when she finally succumbed to her illness.
